At Loserz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.
Applicable Issues
Returns or exchanges accepted only for size issues, damaged or defective products, wrong items delivered, or manufacturing defects. Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact.
7-Day Window
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange request.
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
Product Condition
Products returned in damaged condition will not be accepted. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Visit our Return & Exchange page and submit your request
For exchanges, we'll place a new order simultaneously. Only one exchange allowed per order
For returns, refund will be issued to your original payment method after verification
Important Information
₹200 will be deducted as return charges if the customer wishes to return the order
₹100 will be deducted as cancellation charges if the customer wishes to cancel the prepaid order
Please note that COD charges are not refundable
There is no return/exchange on co-ord set
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the return is approved
